Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

We pride ourselves in shipping exactly what you purchased in our store, shipping it quickly, and safely, right to your front door. Unfortunately, problems can arise with an order, and we want to always be sure to address your situation completely. Most difficulties can be solved by a simple adjustment (new batteries, etc.) or by reviewing the instructions that are included with your purchased item. Please contact us first before calling your credit card issuer or payment provider. IMPORTANT!

Domestic USA Shipments only: You may return items within 30 days of delivery, only if we have supplied you with an RMA Return Authorization Number, and a return label(UPS deliveries only).  By refusing the delivery, or shipping back an item before receiving your RMA number/label could result in a severe delay, or even a lost return. Refusing a shipment at the time of receipt, will delay any refunds you may be entitled to. Please use our RMA returns process for efficient exchanges or returns. Please note that any refund issued will not include shipping & handling charges incurred. Returns sent back for any reason, with the exception of non-functioning products that are authorized returned for exchange or replacement, will be at the expense of the customer.

International Shipments: We do not offer RMA returns/replacements from International Addresses. Items are sold internationally, as is, with no warranties applicable. The costs to ship back these items are prohibitive. Returns can be accepted, though it is to be at the customers expense, and only the purchase price of the item may be refunded. Shipment costs are not refunded. This also is on a case-by-case basis, determined at our discretion, dependent upon the time frame from original shipment, and the condition of the item when received at our location.

All factory warranted items will fall under the authorized factory return policies included in your product documents, and to be handled through the manufacturer. Items damaged by the shipper (UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc.) will fall under that particular shippers damaged goods policies, and are to be handled locally with them. Please be sure to save all packaging materials, including the original product box, if included, in order to file a damaged shippers claim, as they may want to inspect it before issuing you a claim.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) then shipping costs may be included. Each return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may apply for an RMA number by email ([email protected]). We will send to you a return label (UPS only).

If authorized by us, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in some cases you may receive a refund sooner. The estimated time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 12 business days), the time it takes us to process/evaluate your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  Refunds will be issued through the same payment provider you chose at purchase time, if available.

SHIPPING TIMES AND INSURANCE

We ship fast to virtually any domestic or international address in the world. (Please note the return policies applicable above)

There may be restrictions on some products that we can send, as some items cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

On Time Event Shipping: For particular times of the year, such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Christmas, etc., please allow enough time for your shipment to reach your destination. The estimates we supply are only an estimate, and cannot be 100% relied upon, because of external events beyond our control. When you place an order, we will automatically estimate shipping times for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option chosen. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that these are estimates, and can be delayed by weather, closings, and other unexpected events beyond our control. Every attempt will be made to honor the shipping provider chosen, but we reserve the right to modify the shipping method, as we see fit.

Please note: Shipping estimates do not include the warehouse handling times as listed under each item description, and will add to the day you will receive your shipment.

Shipping times, especially for International Shipments may take a very long time to reach their destination. You must allow for sufficient time to receive your item. Please be aware that all shipping quotes are considered estimates, subject to change, and are affected by events beyond our control.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Be aware that shipping costs do not reflect out-of-state taxes, tariffs, VAT taxes, or import duties that are attached to shipments. We do not include these costs in your purchase, and may be payable after or before you receive your item from the carrier. Check your local laws and ordinances for more information before purchase.

Shipping Insurance - This is highly recommended, especially for high dollar items. Carrier may not honor a damage claim on an item, especially if it is delivered while you are not home, lost/stolen, or once internal package damage is found. Once an item leaves our custody, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items. Before you purchase please write us if you would like that option, as it is not offered in our shipping modules, and must be purchased separately.
