SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

In order that we may serve you best, we state here our shipping policies, along with the carriers we utilize, and their time-frames, to get your purchases to you efficiently.

Please be sure to double-check your shipping address you have entered for accuracy, as an incorrect or incomplete address will affect your shipment to arrive safely and on time.

We ship fast, 99% of the time, Next Business Day, to virtually any domestic or international address in the world. 

There may be restrictions on some products that we can send, specifically, items that cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. If that is the case, we will issue a refund before shipping.

On-Time Event Shipping: For certain times of the year, such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Special Holidays, and Christmas, etc., please be sure to allow enough time for our shipment to reach your destination. The shipping time frames we supply are only an estimate, and cannot be 100% relied upon, because of external events beyond our control. We urge you to purchase the shipping method best suited to your need.

When you place an order, our ordering system will automatically show you the available shipping methods for that item, and the costs involved. The shipping time in transit will be based upon the availability of your items, and the shipping option chosen. Shipping date estimates may also appear on the shipping quotes page. (See below for carrier shipping dates and time frames)

Please note that these are estimates, and can be delayed by weather, road/airport closings, and other unexpected events beyond our control. Every attempt will be made to honor the shipping provider you choose, but we do reserve the right to modify the shipping method, as we see fit.

Please note: Shipping estimates do not include the warehouse handling time-frames, and may add to the days that you will receive your shipment.

Shipping times, especially for International Shipments may take a very long time to reach their destination. You must allow for sufficient time to receive your item. Please be aware that all shipping quotes are considered estimates, subject to change, and are affected by events beyond our control.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are address-location and size/weight-based and may contain handling charges. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we utilize, all partial pound weights are rounded up to the next pound.

Be aware that shipping costs do not reflect State Taxes, International Tariffs, VAT taxes, or Import Duties that could be attached to shipments by the local authorities and customs personnel. We do not include these costs in your purchase, and will be payable before you receive your item from the carrier. Check your local laws and ordinances for more information before purchase.

International shipments - Be aware that all international shipments are inspected by local Customs Officials, in all countries involved, and may be opened for inspections more than once before your item arrives. Please do not order any items that you know are banned in your country as they will not be delivered or will be confiscated by officials.

Shipping Insurance - This is NOT included in your shipping purchase, but is highly recommended, especially for high dollar items.

Carrier may not honor a damage claim on an item, especially if it is delivered while you are not home, lost/stolen, or once internal package damage is found after opening if shipping insurance is not purchased. Once an item leaves our custody, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items. 

Before you purchase, please write to us first, if you would like that option, as it is not offered in our shipping modules normally, and must be purchased separately. We would also suggest additionally purchasing signature guaranteed deliveries, so that a valuable item is not left without someone signing and securing it inside the location.

We reserve the right to change or modify the above shipping policies at any time, and without notice to the customer.

 We here at Kwickargo strive to make sure you get your purchase(s) quickly and in a timely manner. We maintain a 99% average, packed, and out the door, Next Business Day Shipping for most items we sell, unless noted otherwise. Sometimes we even ship out the dame day, depending upon the time of day the purchase clears our system. We will always email you a tracking code (when available) for each shipment, so that you may watch your package as it moves throughout the various points of arrival.

Please keep in mind, when planning your shipment, that all packages will ship out on business days only, Monday through Friday.

Below we offer various carrier shipping schedules for your use in planning your package arrival.

These carrier's maintain shipping schedules as shown below and stated on their websites. The schedule can vary from their stated times, and are not guaranteed, thus delaying your package from getting to you when expected, especially during weather emergencies. Please do allow more time in cases of inclement weather.

USPS Postal Carrier

Note: Typically military mail letters are delivered between seven and 10 days depending on country of destination. Priority Mail parcels will take 10 to 15 days. Parcel Post takes about 24 days, according to MPSA (Military Postal Service Agency) officials.

Transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints. During Desert Storm we equated this with the military postal system having to forward mail to a population rivaling that of the city of Richmond, VA that was moving through an area the size of the U.S. east of the Mississippi river.
