Frequently Asked Questions
We value you as our customer and try really hard to design our websites so that your shopping experience flows seamlessly, from the initial search for the perfect gift, on to the delivery of your item(s).
So to ease the "pain" somewhat, we have here a list of frequently asked questions, about us, or our products, that may solve any difficulty you are experiencing.
- "My credit card won't work or go through" - This may be because the credit card you are using is registered in another person's name, that is different than the billing name you entered when filling out the form, or, it could be that the address you entered as the billing address, does not match the card issuer's records on file. Some credit systems are becoming more sensitive to these variations. It is highly suggested that you check which address you are on file with the credit card issuer, and correct that if different, as this will come up as a red flag in some credit card servicing systems. For this purchase alone, you may temporarily enter an old address that matches your credit card, for the billing portion of your purchase, as long as you enter the proper ship to address to the location you wish the purchase to go to. This generally will satisfy the credit card record matchup.
- "I don't see your phone number anywhere - how do I contact you?" - Unfortunately, we do not publish our phone number at this time, but we do monitor closely, our email systems, and will respond generally within a few hours, or sooner. We are dedicated to answering each contact in a complete and concise manner, and we feel a written format will better answer any concerns or questions you may have completely.
- "Can I give you my credit card information over the phone?" - At this time we do not accept phone orders, and feel this places your confidential credit card information at risk, in that manner. We do not keep your credit information on file at all. We do utilize secure SSL connections for all online purchases, and use Paypal or Google payment systems, in order to make your internet purchasing secure and safe. This in turn keeps down the costs of fraudulent transactions, which eventually get passed down to the consumer.
- "I received my item but its not working" - First, check the batteries. Many times we see items that contain "demonstrator" batteries, such as toys, etc. and they drain out before reaching the final destination, the consumer, because the quality of the battery installed at the manufacturer is low. These temporary batteries were never intended to last longer than the time the product sits on the store shelf, although some do. Secondly, be sure to read all the instructions supplied for proper operation of the item first. If there are no instructions, it may be that the manufacturer is supplying operational instructions online at their website. If all else fails, send us an email detailing what the problem is, and many times we can help you through it. We do offer returns for some defective items, dependant upon size limitations, or destination. For larger items or Internationally shipped items, that are not feasible to ship back, we can offer you alternatives. We also adhere to the manufacturers warranties, if any exist, for returns to the manufacturer, in lieu of returning to the retail location shipped from.
